The services we provide are FREE to our clients and their families. In the event of a successful placement, a one-time referral fee is paid by the care home.

Kim Oden, B.S.W.
Kim Oden earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University. She started Adult Care Home Placement Service in 1995 – she had been a Social Worker in an Adult Day Care Program for dementia clients and a Medical Rehabilitation Social Worker / Discharge Planner in a skilled nursing facility.
Mark Makboulian, Placement Coordinator
Prior to joining the agency in 2018, Mark was a successful Owner/Manager of an Assisted Living Home in Tucson for over 15 years. Besides his passion for working with seniors and their families, Mark is an accomplished Classically-trained concert pianist, teaches piano lessons to all ages, and sings with Reveille Men’s Chorus.
